Perfect Sunset Views!
Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally located luxury beach-view condo! This large 3BR/3BA condo is THE place to be in PCB! Walk across the street to the beach, restaurants in walking distance, Pier Park only one mile away and the Condo building has all the amenities you could want, including a pool and workout room!
This beach view condo is on the 14th floor of Origin, one of the nicest and best located condos in PCB! There are 3BR and 3 BA, with two sleeper sofas and one day bed, TV`s in all the rooms and a large, well appointed kitchen and a washer and dryer.
Guests have complete access to all three bedrooms and the other space in the condo, the heated pool and hot tub on the 4th floor (must have the rubber bracets on!) and the gym.

Free parking on site for one car in the parking garage, additional cars have free parking in the overflow lot next door. Please let us know how many cars so we can have your parking passes ready.
The Parking garage is accessed thru a gate, we will send you the gate access code prior to your arrival.
Beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rental on the beach across from the condo. There is a store on the ground floor with just about anything you will need for a great day at the beach!

We live in Alabama but love to spend as much time as we can in beautiful Panama City Beach! Our kids and seven grandkids all live close by and spending time with them on the beach or walking around Pier Park is the best! We love being a host because it allows us to share what we love to do with others.
Why they chose this property
Origin is a luxury condo right in the middle of all the action! We can walk to several places to each, Pier Park is close by and the new Top Golf is just next door! This condo complex has its own parking deck, plenty of overflow parking, and the security staff is the best in PCB, keeping the complex safe and making sure we have a fun, high end luxury place to stay!
What makes this property unique
Our condo in Origin is a large 3BR/3BA unit on the 14th floor with an unbelievable view of the beach! The sunsets are the best and we can see Pier Park and lots of places to eat and shop from the balcony. We have furnished and decorated the condo in high-end appointments that our guests expect in a luxury condo. The elevator is right next to our door and goes right to the parking deck or to the bottom to head out to the beach.
