This fully remodeled condo is located minutes from stores, Soldotna Creek Park, and the world-famous Kenai River. It is an upstairs unit with great southern exposure. Property has a large fenced-in yard made for BBQs and lawn games. The neighborhood is very quiet. This is the perfect rental choice for someone looking to be close to conveniences while still being able to enjoy the nature of Alaska.

Suite is a three bedroom, two bathroom home located in the heart of Soldotna. Each bedroom can sleep two guests. Unit is roomy and open with lots of southern exposure.

-- GUEST ACCESS --
Guests will have full access to the fenced yard that leads to their entry door. This unit does not share an entry or any of the space on the second level where it is located. Guests must be able to climb a set of stairs. Lower tenant is a low traffic, professional office business owned by this Host.

Clean and Comfortable

The house was very clean, and the beds were comfortable. It was a perfect place for the members of our executive board from out of town to relax after long all day work sessions. We had fun playing the games that were there. Everything was perfect!

The place was great & it is in a nice quiet yet centrally located spot.The VRBO deposit return process is horrible. They had my deposit for months & then at the end they hold it for an additional 14 days (after the host gives them the release). I just got that notice today and it says it will take 15 days to process. How come a charge can post on a day but a refund takes so long? Holding my money for 8 months is ridiculous.

Thanks for the great review. We apologize for any delay on deposit return, but VRBO does manage the deposits and return process. I believe the option for guests when they book is to purchase damage insurance for $59 or to give $1500 in damage deposit for VRBO to hold until the stay is complete.
