Amazing location, directly on the beach and not a bad golf cart ride to town! Overall we did enjoy our stay because of the views and convenience of a pool. Great communication from the host- pool needed water and cleaning, they had someone out that day! Negative/feedback: unable to turn A/C down below 74 and it got hot especially in guest bedrooms. Could definitely use some ceiling fans in rooms if the A/C will be an issue.

The host was very welcoming with lots of information. The beach house is beautiful with a fantastic view of the Gulf. Directly on the beach which was very private. The swimming pool is great.

House and beach were beautiful. Communication with host was smooth and easy. Kitchen needs a little attention as a few things are broken that could be easily fixed and gate at end of stairs does not latch so be aware if you have small children. The pool is great to have but there is no railing going into the pool which makes it a little difficult if you are older or unsteady on your feet. Overall we really enjoyed our stay. Recommend stopping at the grocery store outside of town as the one in town closes at 4pm and is very small! Also recommend asking host for fans to put outside if you come during the lovebug season. They swarm the pool area from about 11-3 during the day but if you put fans out it really helps keep them away. Host provided fans when we requested them. Will definitely be returning !

Fantastic house that checks all the boxes inside and out for an ocean front property. Management company was easy to communicate with on the booking and check in/out process. The house is well equipped with the necessities and then some. Kitchen was great for making meals during our week stay. The kids loved having the pool as an option when they needed a break from the beach. Being on the private section of the beach is great, very little traffic. We will definitely be booking again.
