Truly enjoyed my family’s short stay. The location is phenomenal and the accommodations were very spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked. And nothing beats viewing the sunrises from the porch. The beach is a short walk away and there are sufficient beach chairs and towels.

This place is perfect! The location is great, the communication is excellent, and the house is beautiful, clean, and smells great. There’s plenty of parking, and the overall comfort is top-notch. Everything about it is just right.

Our week-long stay was absolutely perfect. While we initially booked for the stunning ocean views (which the photos simply cannot capture), we were delighted to find that the interior was just as impressive. The home is immaculate, comfortable, and beautifully appointed with thoughtful details that make you feel instantly welcome.The gated front porch was a fantastic feature, allowing our dogs to safely lounge outside with us. Additionally, the double-lot backyard offered plenty of space and convenient parking. Check-in was effortless, and the host's communication was exemplary throughout our stay. Combined with a prime location within walking distance of local dining and nightlife, this property is a true standout. We will definitely be returning!

What a great location - quick walk to all kinds of restaurants, shops, and the wine bar, so fun! Our family enjoyed our stay, especially the game system for the kids and our dog could not have been happier to be so close to a welcoming beach.

Communication was great. The location, cleanliness, and comfort was top-notch. We did have to purchase our own kitchen garbage bags (there were none in the kitchen garbage cans when we arrived). There were plenty of kitchen supplies such as salt/pepper, basic spices, dishes, pots and pans. Tea bags were provided along with coffee filters. There was tiny bit of coffee grounds, so we purchased a can and left the rest for the next guests. There was one dishwasher tablet. The washer and dryer upstairs was appreciated; we did need to bring our own detergent. There is a nearby Publix for supplies and groceries. Hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body was was supplied along with towels and washcloths. There was 1 hairdryer in one of the bathrooms. There are lots of great restaurants nearby! Overall a very good stay. We would return.

"We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The property was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. You truly cannot beat the location; being just steps away from the beach made for incredible morning sunrises, and with so many restaurants and shops nearby, we had every convenience at our fingertips.Communication with the host was top-notch from start to finish—very responsive and helpful. We had zero issues during our stay, as everything was in great shape and worked perfectly. We felt right at home and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!"

Great Family Fun

Really beautiful home directly across from Beach just outside the downtown noise but close enough to join in if we wanted. Clean with plenty of space 4 adults /3kids would stay here again !

Perfect Place to Stay

We loved everything about our stay. The house was beautiful, the location is perfect, and the owner was great. The ocean is right across the street, plenty of restaurants nearby within walking distance and the owner was super quick to respond from start to finish. This was one of our best rental experiences and we've had several!!

The only complaint is that we didn't book a longer stay! The house was amazing (just as pictured in the posting), the close access to the beach was wonderful (minutes from the front door), the beach town so cute, and the property manager was very responsive and helpful both before and during our stay. We really loved staying here! And we'd come back in a heartbeat!

Amazing House and Close Proximity to the Beach

The house was immaculate and exactly as pictured. Updated lights, comfortable couches & beds made our week so awesome! Upstairs was a video console with over 200 games that we used a lot. The beach was right across the street and the beach chair that doubles as a cart also helped with the chairs provided. We didn't use the children's toys, but there were plenty. 2 boogie boards included as well. We did a ton of walking: all of the shops and restaurants were very close and food was great at every spot. There is a ton of space behind the house for at least 10 cars too! My only negative was that we paid for 2 dogs and I notified the property prior that one was staying home, yet never heard back about whether or not I'd get a refund. Either way would've been better than being ghosted. The attached pictures show how close we were to the beach and the views of the sunset from inside upstairs were awesome as well. Highly recommend the property!
