About the clogged drain I already asked the Building Manager to fix it, I'm sorry about it. About the elevator you had two elevators to use, one of them was with problems the other works OK, the broke one was already fixed yesterday. About the loud neighbors I already presented a complain, there`s noting else I can do about it. Almost everything you complained about are issues that are out of my total control, I own and manage the apartment but I don't manage the hole building and I'm not responsable for building issues. I can complain and present a claim to the Building Manager and look for a quick solution but I'm not responsible for the building issues. I'm sorry about all the issues, is a shame that you did not told me about all of these things during your time at the apartment, you just told me that the day you leave. My responsibility is to provide the guests with a fine and working apartment, and that was what I did.
