This property was beautiful in every way. Very clean and great location. Privacy was great for our little ones, and we were able to walk to the beach. The host was amazing and made sure to make our stay was just as amazing.

This home was so perfect for us! Our friend is wheelchair bound and this house is totally accommodating!! It's perfect even if you don't need handicap access. Very spacious, clean and felt like home! Close to everything!! Definitely recommend!! The host always responded timely!

This property is a very nice & so happy I found an accessible home for my mother-in-law. The property & house was very clean & the owner/agent was very easy to work with. Only thing I wasn't aware it is about 100 yards away from railroad track. Once you knew it was there you really didn't hear it anymore. We will definitely be back next summer. Thank you for your the accommodations.

Beautiful new home that was totally handicapped accessible. The host, Angelina, was extremely helpful and friendly. Communication was great. Highly recommend this property whether you're disabled or not!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is exactly as seen in the photos. Very clean and well furnished. While we didn’t do any cooking during our stay, it looked like the kitchen was equipped with everything one would needed to cook meals during their stay. Just bring your own groceries and something to store leftovers in, i.e, ziplock bags, aluminum foil, etc. The property is definitely accessible for anyone that relies on a wheelchair or walker to get around. It has a ramp that allows for access into the house and a large roll-in shower in the main suite bathroom with a shower seat. The remotes that allow for control of the ceiling fans and lights add to the accessibility. Thank you to Angelina who provided us with property info, and made the check in/out process easy. She also provided us with her direct contact info should anything problems arise during our stay. If we visit the Gulfport area again, we will definitely try booking this property again.

I enjoyed my stay. The house is beautiful and clean but there were a few issues. 1. There is only a tv in the living room and the WiFi would freeze up so even that tv didn’t work. It’s probably would not bother some but my husband goes to sleep with the tv. 2. Since the tv didn’t work we wanted to sit on the porch but couldn’t due to the wasp. These are my only issues but the hose is well stocked and beautiful!! I would stay again if i was planning a busy weekend but this trip was to relax and spend time with my husband watching movies.

World Series Stay

First off the house is very beautifully renovated and decorated the inside was Amazing and beautiful and it’s even better if you’re handicapped or disabled because there is a ramp to go up to the door, handicap showers everything you need to make your stay great. But I do have to share my cons-1) the owner was somewhat hard to get a hold of if you text her. It would take a little bit longer for her to respond back. 2) main concern for us during our stay was that we had main AC issues, the owners ac guy had to come to our place 3x to fix our ac bc it was so hot. The bad thing was we had a newborn and would be hard to stay in a hot house. Tried to notify owner that night but no response until morning. By Day 2 it finally got resolved. 3) some of Master bedroom’s outlets wouldn’t work. WiFi is not great at all- kept coming off and on- had to reset it so many times. Location not great- in a sketchy neighborhood and next to train tracks so can hear train coming numerous times. Great that’s it’s on the end of street and away from neighborhood. She has another rental next door. Apartment/hotel across from house. Lastly, convenient for Great location to beach, restaurants and casinos.

I did issue you a refund for the days inconvenienced by the AC issues, as guest comfort is very important to me. I appreciate your feedback and will continue working to improve the experience for I’m sorry for the inconvenience you experienced with the air conditioner during your stay. As soon as you notified me, I had a technician working to resolve the issue, but unfortunately, repairs can sometimes take longer than expected. Based on our conversations, the temperature in the house did not exceed 78°F, which is considered safe for all guests, including newborns. Regarding the outlets, I wish you had mentioned any issues during your stay so I could have addressed them immediately. The home is newly built, and I strive to keep everything in perfect working order. The listing does note the proximity to the railroad track, and while I understand everyone has different preferences, this is the first time I’ve received feedback about the neighborhood being "sketchy." The area is a blend of long-term residents and some rentals, and while I do not own the apartment across the street, I have not had similar concerns from other guests. As for the Wi-Fi, it is reliable as long as it remains plugged in, and I was glad we could resolve that quickly during your stay.
