Loved staying here! Short walk to the beach and ice cream shop attached to the Alvin’s store. Pool was nice and starts getting shade around 3 which was nice during the hot summer. Someone left 2 wagons with 4 beach chairs, umbrella and tent for shade. Don’t remember seeing this in the description of the house! Neighborhood was quiet.

Great house for larger families & super easy access to the beach. Easy walk. Pool water was very warm but was to be expected due to the heat wave during the 4th of July weekend. Prices were fair for holiday week with everything the house included & location. Quiet street. Lots of extra beach/pool equipment included though we brought our own. Rental contact for property was quick to respond to communication.

Great stay for the Jazzfest

We’ve been coming to Jazzfest for years and this was our first time renting here. It’s a great place with great ownership. Beautiful house with the pool. I recommend this place to anyone and we will be back again!

Great Weekend!

Nice size house for family. Kids had fun in the pool, some floats for the pool were there so we didn’t have to buy any. Close to the beach, but quiet area.

Perfection

The home is absolutely beautiful. Nice fenced in backyard, with pool and plenty of outdoor seating. We could not have asked for a better location. Quiet area, close to the beach. There are plenty of things to do and see, within walking distance. 10/10 would recommend!

Perfect Beachouse for Family

Such a beautiful home! For a family of 5 with a pet, this house was roomy, close to the beach and had wonderful back yard. Heated pool was nice perk! The bathrooms and kitchens well upgraded. Best functioning washer and dryer in any VRBO I have had. Could have easily welcomed more into the home. Pictures are perfect match to actual home. Management was communicative and friendly. We cannot wait to come back!
