With central air conditioning throughout and room for up to ten guests, this spacious retreat is perfect for families or groups looking to relax, recharge, and make lasting summer memories.

The first floor offers a welcoming open layout designed for comfort and connection. You’ll find a fully equipped kitchen ready for home-cooked meals, a cozy living area with a 36” TV, and a formal dining room with seating for eight—ideal for family dinners or game nights. Also on the main level is a private primary suite featuring a king bed, its own 36” TV, and a beautifully updated ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Upstairs, three additional bedrooms provide plenty of sleeping space for guests of all ages. One bedroom offers a queen bed, another features a double bed, and the fourth bedroom is perfect for kids, with two sets of bunk beds accommodating four twin beds. A full bathroom with a tub/shower combination completes the second floor.

Outside, enjoy classic Cape Cod living with a private yard, outdoor furniture, gas grill, and an outdoor shower—perfect after a beach day. Additional amenities include wireless internet, a washer and dryer, and a ping-pong table for friendly competition and fun-filled evenings. We really appreciated the crayons, coloring books, chalk, shovels, pails, bubbles, etc that the owners had available. The house was extremely spacious and up to date. There were 7 of us in total and space was never an issue. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could possible need. We will definitely consider renting this property again if we vacation again next year!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home was large, fairly well kept, and centrally located. Just a few items to note: dishwasher and toaster did not work well (very sharp piece broken off the bottom), dining room chairs are falling apart, dining room light flickers on and off. I put the washer through the cleaning cycle, but it still had a foul odor, the dryer does not dry well. There was fish in the oven and grill as well as a bag of potatoes in the island cupboard ( I tossed all). Fish was stored in the fridge leaving a VERY strong fish smell. The check-out policy asked that we sweep/vacuum, but the brooms were not in good working condition and the vacuum did not work.
