OUR COMMITMENT TO YOUR EXPERIENCE
We want you to fully enjoy the luxury and comfort of staying in our home, so we do not charge extra to heat the pool or for the use of the outdoor grill and griddle. It is all part of ensuring you have the best experience possible. We simply ask that our guests clean them after every use, and if the propane tanks run out, we kindly request that you refill them. To get our first guests started, we've provided two full propane tanks.
Guests must be at least 21 years old to book the beach house. Anyone under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guarding during their stay.
