Unfortunately our stay was terrible. The property was not clean at all. Several beds didn’t even have sheets for our kids to sleep on. The pool looked like it wasn’t cleaned for months. We showed up to the house being over 80 degrees inside. The owner was not reachable and didn’t provide alternative contacts in the event we needed assistance. Overall experience was just awful and we left after one night because the owner wouldn’t return messages or phone calls. When they did finally respond they didn’t even address the cleanliness issues or the fact the AC unit vent was hanging wide open from the celing which was a major safety concern. I hope this review helps the owner understand the important of communication and delivering on the expectations they set upon viewing and booking the property. I would not recommend this property.
