Exactly as described. Perfect little bungalow less than 15 minutes from St. Pete Beach and less than 10 minutes from downtown. The house had everything you would need for a short vacation in the area. Well kept and nicely decorated. Highly recommend.

The Host provided excellent communication. The house was well stocked and the description was accurate and the location suited my needs. The only negative was the sharing of the backyard which is less than ideal and does not provide a sense of privacy.

Home away from home!

The pictures accurately depict the rental. Very clean and modern with a lot of attention to detail: Weber grill, fire pit, outside dining table, and night lighting. Inside: well-appointed kitchen, amazing reclining sofa, easy tv access, beautiful shower, and comfortable bed. Remotes all labeled for easy use and access. The owner responds quickly to any questions and takes pride in the property. Also, it is within walking distance to Dell Holmes Park, which is a nice bonus, and downtown St. Pete is only 10 minutes away. We will definitely be back!
