Annual girls vacation to st Augustine. This house was in the heart of Lincolnville. As you walk the streets you get to see so many Victorian homes. The history that is within walking distance astounded us. The home was immaculate. The home was old but when you walk through the front door you are amazed by the up to date the house is. Will definitely be staying in this home again.

The home was exactly as listed. Updated, very clean, close to every thing, and just adorable over all. We enjoyed the fire pit (bought firewood at Ace hardware) and all the home touches. Definitely would stay in our next visit to St. Augustine.

Spacious outdoor fun! The poolWas perfect. Great location. Ample space with two bathrooms. TV’s in every room made for an ideal viewing for football fans who are divided. I loved the rockers on the front porch for people viewing. We walked to old downtown. The only concern and suggestion for guests is bring bug spray. The mosquitoes in the back area are horrible! Owner: maybe fog prior to guest arrival. Perfect stay otherwise.

House is great . Older neighborhood but very quiet and very nice neighbor. House is very nicely put together and very comfortable. Back yard great size . Patio pool and sitting area . Sun and lots of shade . A very nice place to get away and relax .a little high in price and all houses around are close. But I would recommend and stay again for a quick getaway. .

The house was adorable, roomy and very clean. It was in walking distance to everything we needed. The pool was enjoyable. When we first arrived, I wasn't sure about the neighborhood, but it was quiet and convenient to everything. We took nice walks around the lake, it was a beautiful area. Each time we called the host for information, they got right back to us. I would definitely recommend a stay there.

Loved staying at this beautifully restored historic home in historic St Augustine. Small house but plenty of room for our family of 4. Great amenities, everything that we needed. Was cautious about the location at first but ended up being a lovely quiet neighborhood. Walking distance to the trolley stop. The backyard is peaceful and beautiful. Would 100% recommend!!!Only small Issue is no dressers or places to put clothes other than closet so we had to live out of our suitcases.

Hidden Gem in Saint Augustine!

Charming Home Close to Everything

From the beginning the host was extremely communicative and friendly. We were pleasantly surprised on our arrival. Such a cute place with ample space to stretch out and thoughtful modern amenities (great water pressure!). We did not get to use the pool due to the weather, but the outdoor space was lovely. The beds were super comfortable and the kitchen nicely appointed. At night, the property was well lit and made us feel secure and comfortable. We would definitely come back!

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home in the Lincolnville area of St. Augustine. The house is located in a lovely historic neighborhood and still felt very private and peaceful. The fenced-in yard is absolutely incredible — huge, enclosed, and perfect for relaxing, with a great pool and plenty of outdoor amenities. We especially loved enjoying the fire pit on the cooler evenings.Inside, the home was clean, nicely updated, and very comfortable, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, offering plenty of space. The house had everything we needed for our stay. Two things worth mentioning for future guests: we were unable to find laundry detergent, and there were no extra rolls of toilet paper beyond what was already placed in the bathrooms. So, for longer stays, it would be helpful to plan on bringing laundry detergent and extra toilet paper.The location was fantastic and very walkable. We were about a 10 to 12 minute walk from the Lightner Museum, and there is also a nearby lake and walking path that made for a really pleasant stroll. Lincolnville itself is a great area to stay in and we truly enjoyed being there.Overall, this was a wonderful rental, and we would absolutely recommend both this home and the Lincolnville area to future visitors. We would happily stay here again!

House was cute but the area was scary. Bad neighborhood. Too pricey for what it was. Stayed 2 nights and was interrupted by landscapers and pool maintenance. Reached out to owner to discuss and ZERO response. Terrible businesspeople. At almost 1000 for 2 nights, I would expect at least a response. They don't care. Stay away from this one!
