**Main Floor Highlights:**
- Spacious living room with a 67" smart TV, futon sleeper sofa, and two chic accent chairs.
- Fully stocked kitchen featuring granite countertops, sink, range, refrigerator, dishwasher, and dining table for four.
- A cozy bedroom with a twin over bunk bed.
- Convenient half bath.

**Upstairs Comforts:**
- Master bedroom with a luxurious king bed, walk-in closet, and 55" Roku TV.
- Full bathroom with all essentials provided.
- Second living room with a futon sleeper sofa, perfect for relaxation.
- Remote work station with a dedicated desk and chair.
- Full laundry room with washer and dryer and additional storage for longer stays.

**Outdoor Amenities:**
Relax in the backyard with a propane fire pit and cozy seating, ideal for unwinding after a day of exploring.

**Family-Friendly Features:**
We welcome kids and toddlers! The home includes a Pack 'n Play, dining booster seat, and a child safety gate for the stairs to ensure a stress-free stay for families.

**Parking:**
Street parking is available on a first-come, first-serve basis with a 3-hour limit during the day (not really patrolled.) To park on the street overnight you need to register your vehicle with the city. Registration is free for three nights, but after that you must pay for the registration. Weekly and monthly permits are available.

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire house and backyard during their stay. This includes both floors of our 2-bedroom, 2-bath home, as well as the cozy outdoor space featuring a propane fire pit with seating. Enjoy full use of all amenities, from the fully stocked kitchen to the spacious living areas, private bedrooms, and backyard retreat. Make yourself at home!

While I won't be present in person during your stay, I want to assure you that I'm always available to assist with any questions or needs you may have. Please feel free to reach out via message, text, or phone call, and I'll respond promptly. I hope you have a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

Guests do need to sign a rental agreement. This will be provided after your reservation is confirmed. Failure to sign the waiver will delay your check in time and refunds will not be given.

Child-Friendly Features: We provide a Pack 'n Play, dining booster seat, and a child safety gate for the stairs to make your stay more comfortable for little ones.

Fire Pit Usage: The propane fire pit in the backyard is available for guest use. Please ensure it is turned off after use for safety.

Staircase Access: This home has stairs to the second floor, which may be a consideration for guests with mobility challenges.

Quiet Hours: We kindly ask guests to observe quiet hours between 9 PM and 8 AM to respect our neighbors.

Smart TVs: Both TVs are equipped with popular streaming apps. Guests must log in with their own accounts.

Home Essentials Provided: We’ve stocked the home with basic toiletries, laundry supplies, and kitchen essentials for your convenience.

ADDITIONAL HOUSE RULES:

In line with our unwavering dedication to prioritizing the safety and security of all guests, we have implemented a thorough screening process preceding each booking. This process includes stringent ID verification and the submission of a selfie, designed to foster a secure environment for all. Please be advised that any flagged IDs may result in the cancellation of the reservation.


Furthermore, guests residing within a 50-mile radius must adhere to a minimum booking requirement of two nights, as per building policy. Or stay will be declined

To maintain the optimal condition of our heating and cooling units, please refrain from setting the thermostat lower than 67 degrees Fahrenheit when on cool or higher than 75 degrees Fahrenheit when on heat. Deviating from these settings may result in damage to the units, potentially leaving you without AC or heat until emergency maintenance can address the issue.

- Noise and smoke detectors are in the living space to measure decibel levels NOT conversations, and smoke levels

- Unauthorized Guests: Please respect our policy of no unauthorized overnight guests.
- A $250 charge per unauthorized guest applies if discovered.
