Ben was a great host and the property is exactly as advertised. We stayed the weekend after the hurricane and Ben and his crew made sure everything was back to as close to normal as possible. The location is great for visiting the beach or activities in Gulf Breeze. We will definitely stay here again.

It was excellent, we enjoyed it, the patio needed more canopy covering, but overall we enjoyed the property.

The perfect home for a family, without a doubt! Great location, clean, spacious and well equipped kitchen. Ben was easy to contact with any questions we had. Our vacation was one to remember!

This house was perfect for our group ranging in age from 16 to 72! The house was a great layout for our us! It was clean and well stocked with the big “stuff” —like a large washer and dryer, crock pot, and air fryer— to the little “extras” —like shower gel, shampoo and conditioner, and starters of k-cups, garbage bags and toilet paper!The backyard was great! The pool, basketball court and pickleball net as well as lots of seating were perfect while we hung out at the house. And, the beach items (chairs and wagon) came in handy for our time on the beach.We’d definitely stay here again!

The house was nice. The owner tried to address my concerns quickly. I don't know if his maintenance guy ever made it to look at the refrigerator sealant. The towels and ironing board issues were addressed quickly. The wifi in the bedroom, and visitors not being allowed for dinner, was another inconvenience. Overall, a good experience.

We had a wonderful time. The place is more beautiful and relaxing than the pictures show. Most comfortable stay ive has in a long time. I needed air for my tire and there was an air pump in the garage. We needed beach gear and that was there also. The combination of the pool and hit tub was amazing. Located in a quiet neighborhood with nice friendly neighbors. Minutes from the beach and downtown. Will definitely recommend and plan on booking again!!!!

Family Fun!

This property is absolutely beautiful and in such a great location! We had 7 adults and two children and there was plenty of room and the pool was awesome - the kids loved it! This property had everything - games, pool toys, boogie boards, etc. Kitchen had everything we needed to make our meals and we were close to many restaurants if we wanted to eat out. Our host Ben answered any questions we had throughout our stay. I highly recommend this property if you want to visit the beautiful beaches here in Pensacola!
