The house is beautifully designed, spacious, comfortable and clean. We enjoyed the neighborhood and the surrounding restaurants. We had a minor issue with the back patio but the host was very quick to have the area cleaned. One of the exit doors was very difficult to lock during our stay. I would highly recommend this house for large groups traveling together.
The house was spacious and comfortably accommodated my large family. While the listing advertised sleeping up to 18 people, we were surprised to learn there was an extra charge for any guests beyond 13—something we missed in the fine print. We also encountered a few minor plumbing issues and problems with a couple of doors, which were inconvenient, especially considering the price point. On the positive side, the property is conveniently located near a subway line, making it easy to get around the city. convenient to travel around.
Very clean. Host allowed us to drop off our luggage early even though space still needed to be cleaned from prior guests. We were traveling and arrived early for my wedding and had several luggage and people with us. There was a plumbing problem downstairs and the host communicated well with us when the service tech was coming by so we could be out of the way as well. Close to the subway which was very convenient. My only complaint is at times it was a little warmer upstairs regardless of turning down the a/c. Would rent again.
