The cottage was clean, comfortable, well stocked, and quiet. The meadow and forest areas surrounding the cottage made for a very tranquil stay. The owner's residence is close by, but it never felt like we lacked privacy. We also enjoyed the almost daily visits from their friendly pups!

We loved our stay! The cottage was quiet, cozy and comfortable and set amongst beautiful trees. The kitchen was well equipped for preparing meals. The number one delight was the outside visits from the owner’s dogs, Piper and Penny. Highly recommend!

The pictures do not do this place justice. The amenities were amazing, the cottage was a very good size, the kitchen was large, and the back deckhot tub were amazing. Not to mention the stellar hospitality from the owners. We will 100% be coming back to this stay, thank you!

Mary and Royce have created a wonderful getaway. It is comfortable, inviting and warm. This is my third time here. The beds are INCREDIBLY comfy. We love to cook and watch movies, followed by hot tubbing. A secluded and super cute property. We love Piper and Penny the pups.

Very much enjoyed our stay at this cute cottage! It's back off the highway, but Mary's directions were super easy to follow. The place is quiet and has a cozy feel - we loved the vibe from the gas-burning stove. It had everything we needed to cook meals, books and games for entertainment and we appreciated soaking in the hot tub under the stars at the end of the day.

We had a wonderful time. It is a very cute cottage surrounded with gorgeous trees. It is also very close to the beach and cute Fort Bragg. There were no coverings on the patio door (which we couldn’t get to lock). This made us feel a bit exposed at night. The hosts were very kind and even lent us some beach chairs. Overall, it was a good experience.

Lovely property & house

This house was exactly what we hoped it would be, peaceful, surrounded by trees, and so relaxing. The back deck had it all, a BBQ, fire pit, seating, and a hot tub too! Our only issue was we didn't get check in instructions and finding the house was difficult. We got lucky and a neighbor helped us find our way, then the owner came out and helped us the rest of the way. So it worked out and we had a fantastic time!
