Located just across the street from Pamlico Sound on Ocracoke Island. Enjoy the large wraparound deck and screened porch with views of the salt marsh, perfect for bird watchers. Northern Pond offers easy walking distance to Silver Lake Harbor, village activities, shops, galleries and restaurants.

The casual interior features tile floors for your carefree vacation.

3 Bedrooms, 1.5 Baths: 1 with Queen, 1 with Double, 1 with two Twins.

Amenities include central air conditioning/heat, ceiling fans, complimentary wireless internet access, 4 cable TVs and DVD player. Washer and dryer.

Sheets and towels are provided. Beds are made for your arrival.

The exterior offers a screened porch, wrap around deck, picnic table, charcoal grill, hot/cold outdoor shower and fish cleaning bench. Covered parking.

No Smoking. Pet Friendly - Dogs Only. Limit of 2 Dogs. Limit of 3 vehicles.

Short Stays are available; there is a three-night minimum, and these stays can be booked within two weeks of arrival.

The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. We loved the location. Renting a golf cart was the best way to get around.

Northern pond great pet friendly site

We had a great stay and the few issues we had were addressed quickly. Thank you for a great week of good food, beaches, awesome weather & ice cream for my grandson. Grandson didn't want to leave and asked me next year to rent a house on the sound with a dock so he can fish all day everyday.

June 2016 Stay

We had one of the best family vacations we've ever had! Northern Pond was the perfect size for our family of 3 plus our pet. I especially enjoyed the quiet location of Northern Pond. And yet we were able to get to restaurants and shops by bike, easily.
