We arrived and the toilet was being dumped had to smell poop because of it for a few hours. The ac was on but the boat was pretty warm it finally cooled down late that night. The next morning the toilet wasn’t working we contacted the host after a few hours he responded then his maintenance man contacted us saying he will be there shortly by that time we were ready to go because of the toilet and it started getting hot again so we decided to check out early. We informed the host but never got a response back.

We could not have picked a better place than this! Me and my best friend were looking for a girls trip getaway, and staying here definitely added so much to our experience in Texas. The marina was surprisingly quiet, and there was not much traffic to disturb sleep. The workers at the shop were friendly and welcoming, and we found a fun pool hall in town (Open Table) with super cheap food and beer! Ubers into Fort Worth were around 30-40. I would highly recommend staying here for a girls trip, or a couples trip.

The boat and cabin were very nice, the boat had old-school charm, and had a certain kitsch to it. It was a fantastic spot to watch the fireworks on the 4th!
