Mariam was very prompt, communicative and helpful., she answered all our questions very quickly. The unit has a very nice view, was clean and comfortable, and very well equipped with everything we needed for the kitchen. Mariam also sent us a list of places to eat, but once we found the local fish seller, we used the excellent kitchen to make dinners. The unit itself is very spacious, however, it is a little dated, although that didn't bother us. There are a couple of other units elsewhere in the building that had suffered from what looked like hurricane effects, which were being fixed, but we never saw or heard any construction noise. There is access to a nice private beach area, not for swimming but good for sunbathing. The location was perfect for us, as it was a good mid point to get to Crash Boat beach, Boqueron, La Paguera and Cabo Rojo. Had a wonderful stay.

The location was great, on the water and right outside town.However there were a number of issues with the place. It was very dirty. We had to buy a broom. There was only hot water for one person to shower each day. The reat of us had to cold showers every day. The balcony door did not lock. The shower curtain fell every time we used the shower. One of the windows did not close.

Sorry to hear about this after you check oit, we would sent our cleanning crew immediately, in addition to provide the key for tue supplies where you could find the broom, we sent our plumber and everything is fine with the heater, tue master bedroom has the hot water in the cold side ( backwards) tue sliding door do close you needed to keep the locks in the same position as the next sliding.. all this could ve solve if you share your observations during your stay!!

The home is as advertised and the host responded quickly. Easy to find the key and is a good location to many options of food and hangouts. Down side is the complex is under construction, retention wall in front has collapsed and a home to the left is completely destroyed by the sea. Cleaning in the home could have been better and it needs updates in the bathrooms. No access to beach from complex, could not find access gate and Rincón beach are not for swimming or kids. Have to drive 1hr to Aguadilla to find a good beach. Not what I hoped for, since is a beachfront apartment.
