Kitchen has custom cabinets, granite countertops and stainless appliances. It is fully stocked with everything you need for your stay at the beach. Both bathrooms have custom vanities, granite countertops, & designer lighting. Balcony is enclosed with floor to ceiling windows which open up to enjoy the salt air and breeze.

A long weekend getaway

Perfect stay

This condo was convenient to the beach and an array of great restaurant and just far enough away from where a lot of short term spring breakers would stay. So our stay was fun, active during the day and peaceful in the evening. Will recommend it highly. Couldn’t ask for a great host.

White sand getaway

The owner of the condo is great. Super responsive and very helpful. The unit is right on the beach and overlooking the gulf. It’s far enough from downtown to be quiet and relaxing. The unit itself had all the amenities we needed to make us feel at home. Looking forward to staying there again.

Lovely home away from home

We very much enjoyed our stay here. Very comfortable and kitchen was well stocked. Beds were very comfortable and so was living room furniture. My husband was doing genealogy on his computer and felt the high chairs at the table were uncomfortable for him. The view from our place was incredible and it was nice to hear the waves. We even saw dolphins out in the bay. I really enjoyed the pool and walking on the beach. Loved how close the elevator was to our unit and having a trash chute nearby. We so enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it to anyone. Also so great to have a washer dryer in the unit

This is by far the best condo I’ve ever stayed at and we’ve stayed at quite a few at different beaches. It is soo close to the beach. Couldn’t be easier to get to and the walkway is super clean. They keep the lobby and elevator super clean. The condo had a cool layout and the indoor balcony was awesome. We sat in front of balcony every time we were in the room. It was clean and we never had any issues. Never had to contact host once. There are places you can walk to but having lazy teenagers they didn’t want to walk that far but I would have. Next time I won’t even look around. This will be my go to. 10 out of 5 stars!! Stay here!! You won’t be disappointed!

Second year staying at this location, different unit this year than last. Love the smaller size. My only complaint, which is no reflection on property or owner was the inconsiderate people above us. While we were all on vacation not everyone stays up til 3am. We will certainly return next year just will stay on top floor 😊

Enjoyable stay

We enjoyed our stay! Beds were very comfortable. There are lots of options for restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Jaye, the owner, was very prompt taking care of any issue we had. She has a propery manager, Lisa, who lives nearby and she is excellent! We only had a couple of minor issues and Lisa helped us out!
