Luxury condo on Heritage Bay

**Unlimited golf (excluding cart fee rental), pickle ball, tennis and access to all amenities (fitness center, clubhouse, restaurants, pools) with Membership Transfer.
**30 day minimum stay required for all bookings**

2nd floor luxury condo located in a gated community with full amenities including golf, tennis, pickle ball, bocce, clubhouse with indoor and outdoor terrace dining, 7 community pools including a resort style pool, hot tub, and Cabana bar at the club house.

The Condo is equipped with three Flat Panel TVs, DVD player, Cable, and Wi-Fi Hi-Speed Internet. The Master Bedroom has a view of the golf course, a comfortable King size bed, two large walk-in closets, and a private ensuite bathroom. The Guest Bedroom has 2 twin beds. The spacious living room also has a pull-out sectional couch. New air conditioning unit installed in 2021 with brand new water heater. Professionally painted interior updated in 2021. Brand new screens on the lanai that allow for perfect views of the golf course.

The unit is completely furnished with stainless steel appliances , washer and dryer, screened in lanai with a beautiful view overlooking the golf course and stream. The designated parking is covered and close to the elevator. The unit is also directly across from one of the many community pools.

Heritage Bay Information:

Heritage Bay is an upscale-gated community with a championship 27 hole Golf Course designed by Lewis and Azinger. The course is spectacularly designed with acres of natural preserves, blue lakes.

The Heritage Bay community also has an on-sight Aqua Driving Range, Fitness Center, 10 Lighted Tennis Courts with stadium seating for tournaments, pickle ball courts, 7 community pools (which includes a Resort Style Main Pool and Hot tub at the Club House) clubhouse restaurant with outdoor terrace, and a Cabana Bar at the Main Pool. The Club House is a 37,780 square foot facility and houses full service Men's and Ladies Locker rooms as well as a billiard room with 3 pool tables, Pro Shop, fine dining, card room, saunas, and a bar and grill overlooking the 23rd and 27th holes.

The condo is just a short drive to beautiful Vanderbilt Beach, Delnor Wiggins State Park, and the beautiful Mercato area where you can dine at fabulous restaurants and shop at upscale retailers. Take a trip downtown for a stroll on famous 5th Avenue and watch the sunset over Naples Pier.

We contacted Shaun on somewhat short notice to stay in his BEAUTIFUL & COMFORTABLE condo! From our very first contact, Shaun was kind & EXTREMELY accommodating to us! We have been here one month & it has truly been one of our best vacations we have ever experienced & WE TRAVEL A LOT! His condo has everything & then some which made it feel like a home not a rental! Shaun was ALWAYS readily available & quite helpful w/all of our questions! HE'S VERY GOOD WITH & TO HIS RENTERS! IN FACT, HE'S ONE OF THE VERY BEST PEOPLE WE HAVE HAD THE PLEASURE TO DO BUSINESS WITH! WE WILL REBOOK W/SHAUN IN OUR NEAR FUTURE! I can say this with total conviction~ WE DO NOT WANT TO LEAVE! Can't wait to go back next year!

Clean, easy, comfortable and so much to do! Naples is wonderful, great restaurants and safe. Beautiful beaches nearby. Heritage Bay is beautiful. If you like to play golf, play tennis and swim, you will love it! Owners are very easy to work with. Highly recommend!!

Great Experience!

We recently rented this unit for a family get away. The condo itself, along with the grounds at Heritage Bay, were immaculate. The unit was spotless and decorated very nice. One of the many smaller pools is just outside the door or you can head down to the main clubhouse pool and spa. Beautiful view of the sunrise when drinking your morning coffee. Owners were great to work with, very quick responses and helpful. I would definitely recommend this rental!
