The house is beautiful and in a great location. We saw dolphins everyday and had an amazing trip.

Lovely quiet location

House well situated, close to grocery, quick drive to beach. Pool was a hit for the kids and billiards for the adults.

Great Canal Oasis

Property was well maintained and clean. It had everything that we needed. The kids enjoyed the pool but would have preferred it heated as the week we were in Cocoa Beach was on the cooler side. We saw many animals in the canal and even caught a few fish. We look forward to returning with hopefully a little better weather!

We were absolutely thrilled with Bayview Park property! Breathtaking to say the least!

Megan was great she communicated every step of the way. The property was exactly as the description and pictures provide. The place has a home away from home feel. It was easy to relax and enjoy the family’s company. The neighbors were extremely friendly and helpful even told us about the space launch and where to stand! What an amazing environment all around and hope to be back soon!

Perfect!

It is evident that the owners take great care with this home to ensure a great experience for renters! Very nice touches such as all light/wall switches being labeled and very clear detail on wifi, speakers, etc. The home was very clean, has a great layout, and has a pool and pool table with a canal side location that kept us occupied when we were there. We had a great time and appreciated the excellent communication with Megan and Ron. Thank you both!

Beyond my expectations!

We spent a week in Cocoa Beach at this location and it did not disappoint. It was clean, conveniently located to the grocery store, coffee shop and a short drive to the beach. A perfect week away in the sunshine! We enjoyed watching the dolphin swim by in the early evening and the quietness of the neighborhood. Meghan was so helpful with answering any and call questions we had. The only flaw was that the pool was not heated. Other then that, 5 star rating and would definitely return to this location again and maybe by the next time the pool will be a bit warmer ;)

Amazing Accommodations!!

My husband and I travelled with our two children and his parents. We found exactly what we were looking for in this beautiful home. We wanted something accessible for my father-in-law because he has mobility issues and this was perfect. We loved the pool table and the in ground pool! The home was clean, and well stocked with everything we could have possibly needed and more. My son loved fishing off of the pier. My daughter watched the manatees for hours. So many manatees!! The location was great. Minutes from literally everything in Cocoa Beach. Megan and Ron were helpful and kind. They even let us in the house an hour before our check in time. If we come back we will definitely stay here again!

Amazing House

We stayed in this wonderful home for our weeks vacation. It is beautiful with alot of space to spread out. It has everything that you would need for home cooked meals, swimming in the pool to play toys for the beach. The beds are like sleeping on a cloud. The outdoor patio has very comfortable furniture and 2 firepits for those colder nights if needed. The outdoor grill is great size for cooking for larger groups if needed. The pool table was a nice addition to keep our teenagers occupied while we relaxed on the patio.. The most amazing thing is to go on the dock mid-morning and at sunset and see the dolphins and manatees come right by. The views are also spectacular. There are also fishing poles at the home and getting a temporary fishing license for the week was easily done online for $30. Although most of the fish caught off the dock are what we NY'ers call catfish they give a good fight and well worth the cost of the license. Its a great location, walking distance to the Pier, close to Peacock Park and only 1 hr drive to the theme parks. The neighborhood is nice and quiet and is great for a relaxing vacation. Publics is right around the corner which was super convient. In that same plaza was an escape room that was loads of fun. Many emmenities are very close to the home. The owners are very accommodating and also get 2 thumbs up. We will definitely stay again.
