About this property

Hilltop Vineyard Estate | Infinity Pool + Views

Perched above the Adelaida District — one of California's most celebrated wine-growing regions — the McPrice Myers Hilltop Guest House offers something most vacation rentals can't: you're not just near a winery, you're living on one.

The views are extraordinary from every corner of the property. The infinity pool dissolves into the vineyard landscape. The outdoor dining terrace overlooks rolling rows of vines and oak-covered hills. On clear nights, the coast lights shimmer on the horizon beneath a sky full of stars.

The Great Room
Soaring ceilings, skylights, a dramatic floor-to-ceiling fireplace, two leather sofas, and a sculptural pendant light. The fireplace is gas — it glows at the push of a button.

The Chef's Kitchen
Professional-grade appliances, a concrete waterfall island with bar seating, a farmhouse sink, and vineyard views from every window. Fully stocked and ready for serious cooking — or serious snacking.

The Dining Room
Seats eight beneath sculptural woven pendant lights. The honor bar is stocked with McPrice Myers wines, ready to open.

The Turret Breakfast Nook
A four-person table wrapped in panoramic windows with views over the entire Paso Robles valley. Quite possibly the best seat in wine country.

The Master Suite
King bed, bold navy accent wall, sculptural pendant light, corner views, leather bench, and two armchairs. A sliding barn door leads to the en suite spa bath: freestanding soaking tub, walk-in rainfall shower, dual vessel sinks, artisan tile, and plush robes.

The Primary Bedroom
Queen bed in soft linens, robes, vineyard art, and warm ambient lighting. Includes a private workspace.

The Third Bedroom
Queen bed with panoramic vineyard and mountain views.

The Outdoors
Infinity-edge pool · Multiple lounge chairs and Adirondacks · Outdoor dining for 10 · Full-size gas grill · Bocce ball court · Native landscaping · Breathtaking stargazing after dark

McPrice "Mac" Myers has been crafting wine in Paso Robles for over 25 years. What started with half a ton of Santa Barbara grapes grew into one of the Central Coast's most respected portfolios — and a winery that helped define the modern era of Paso Robles wine.

The 84-acre Adelaida District estate — including the Hilltop Guest House — was purchased by Mac and Venus together, and has been transformed into one of the region's most distinctive wine destinations. The estate grows six varietals across 25 planted acres, with more in development, and the new tasting room opened in 2025 to bring guests directly into the landscape that inspires the wines.

You'll find McPrice Myers wines stocked in the house throughout your stay. We hope you enjoy them as much as we love making them.

Liz is the powerhouse who keeps the entire McPrice Myers operation running — from HR and wine club management to coordinating with vendors and overseeing the logistics of the winery's highly anticipated new Hospitality Center. Her expertise, deep love for wine, and genuine commitment to the community make her an essential part of everything that happens on this estate. She also happens to be the person who'll make sure your stay is seamless from the moment you book to the moment you leave. Liz is your primary point of contact throughout your stay — she's responsive, resourceful, and genuinely invested in making sure you feel at home on the hilltop. We believe guests should feel relaxed and at ease, not like they're navigating a rental. That starts with Liz.

Why they chose this property

Paso Robles has no shortage of places to stay. Here's why this one is different.

You're not near a winery. You're on one. The Hilltop Guest House sits at the top of an 84-acre working estate in the heart of the Adelaida District. The vineyard rows begin just beyond the pool deck. The wines in the kitchen were grown right beneath your feet. That's not proximity — that's immersion.

The privacy is unmatched. A private road, 84 acres, and no neighbors. Whether you're here for a romantic escape or a milestone celebration, the hilltop offers something increasingly rare in wine country: genuine seclusion with genuine luxury.

The views are in a category of their own. From the infinity-edge pool to the turret breakfast nook to the master suite, the entire Paso Robles valley stretches before you. Vineyard rows, mountain ridgelines, and on clear nights, the town lights glowing on the horizon beneath a sky full of stars.

Luxury without the hotel experience. Chef's kitchen, soaking tub, rainfall shower, dramatic fireplace, designer furnishings — all in a fully private home where you set the pace and pour your own glass.
The hosts actually care.

Mac, Venus, Carrie, and Liz aren't a property management company. They're the people who built this place and have been making wine here for over 25 years. The wines are stocked, the welcome store is ready, and concierge services are available whenever you want them.

There are wine country rentals. There are winery stays. But a hilltop estate with an infinity pool, panoramic views, and McPrice Myers wines outside your window — in the Adelaida District?

There's only one.
