Wedding party trip

My daughter, bridal party, and I stayed the weekend for dress shopping and bridal party in town. The check in was very easy with a door code. The home itself was run down on the outside and there were many cars parked out front almost blocking the driveway and they had been there a long time evident by the dirt. The inside of the house smelled of smoke and some other odor. The master bathroom was very dirty and we did not even use that shower. There were items left behind (used toothbrush, earring, nose trimmer, and bowl with liquid and nail clippers). The blinds and windows were very dirty and had dead bugs. I check out instructions were given so we cleaned as we have for previous rentals.
