Fair price for amount of bedrooms but small living quarters

Well the apartment was nice for the price and being on the 2nd floor neighborhood wasn’t bad either, besides the few vacant houses next to it..(no big deal) bedrooms was fair sizes but the 3rd floor and the room with the pull out couch needed heaters.. the kitchen was cute just wish it had serving utensils, (no dishwasher) the bathroom small but okay, had a small issue a broken toilet paper holder that we discovered when we arrived but the host contact me & asked me about a whole in the wall & stated it wasn’t broken before our arrival but the photos I took clearly shows it had been repaired numerous times by the puncture holes on the wall or it couldn’t of been installed properly (per contractor friend) I took photos & videos after my stay, as I do at every rental property I stay at.. I did message back & forth with the host to clarify any issues he had about the hole or our stay.. we had to put rugs at the top & bottom of stairs because when wet (very slippery) another con is if the downstairs is rented & your neighbors are noisy you will hear it upstairs… overall it was a nice property no major complaints house had plenty of essentials (besides bath soap) but fyi just makes your you video the apartment before & after your stay…
