Guest access
Guest will have access to the entire vacation home with the exception of the locked storage in the backyard.

Other things to note
Winter travel: It’s strongly recommended to carry snow chains or cables in your vehicle during the winter season. Weather and road conditions in Big Bear can change quickly and unexpectedly.

• Essentials & location: Be sure to review the amenities and check that this home fits your needs and travel plans—Riley’s Cabin offers a great location to enjoy all that Big Bear City has to offer!

Important Notes
• Water: If you prefer bottled water during your stay, please bring some with you or purchase it from nearby grocery stores.

• BBQ grill & fireplace:
 – Propane refills for the BBQ are not provided; tanks can be refilled at the local DIY store.
 – Firewood for the indoor fireplace is not provided; you can purchase bundles at the local Vons or DIY store.
 – Do not dispose of ashes — please leave them safely in the fireplace.

• Lost & Found: Items left behind will incur a $20 handling fee, plus the cost of shipping. Please notify me within 14 days of checkout if you’ve forgotten anything.

• Pet policy: For the comfort and safety of all guests, no cats or dogs are allowed. This ensures an allergen-free space, especially for guests with life-threatening pet allergies.

• Security: There is a Ring doorbell camera located outside the property for your safety and peace of mind.
