2 BR Condo - Sanctuary at Pelican Bay [75 day minimum rental]

This condo is bright and cheery, convenient to all Pelican Bay amenities including tram to our beautiful 2.5 miles of Gulf Shore beach, with beach chairs, cabanas, umbrellas and beach restaurants. Canoes and kayaks also available. This 2BR Pelican Bay condo has been completely remodeled, with new hardwood floors, tile and carpet; gorgeous kitchen with large island and counter seats, maple cabinets, Cambria countertops, great dining area, high-speed wireless internet throughout, plus LED TVs in living room and master (w/ cable TV); completely new bathrooms; two full sets of linens for each BR and bath; washer and dryer. Sanctuary has the lowest density of any PB neighborhood--lots of green space and privacy, and gorgeous views from the living room (and from the lanai, which has access from the living room and the master bedroom). 2nd floor in a 3-story unit. Elevator for anyone who is mobility challenged. In several past summers, it has been rented to other Pelican Bay or Naples residents who are remodeling their own condos, and want a nearby place to stay, or renters who simply want to enjoy the amenities of Pelican Bay (beach and beachfront restaurants, kayaking and canoeing, tennis, pickleball and other sports activities). 20 minute walk to the gorgeous ocean beach facilities; PB also operates free trams. References available.
Note: 75-day minimum stay in season (no exceptions), MUST BOOK AT LEAST 6 WEEKS BEFORE LEASE BEGINS because advance approval of tenants by Condo Association and Pelican Bay Foundation is required. Lease form is attached, but will be modified for specific rental dates. 3 written references required for leasing approval. Booking is not final until renters have been approved by PB Foundation. Rentals longer than 3 months may receive lower daily rates.

Truly a home. Amazing experience.

This beautiful property has been an amazing stay for us. All the photos are accurate, high quality property updated with thoughtful features. The kitchen is well appointed and there are many other thoughtful touches throughout. Although it's not a large space the layout is brilliant and every space makes sense. The view is serene and the condo is very light and bright. Owners are fantastic - it's clear they care about their guests and are very communicative. They made the entire process seamless and relatively pain free (there is quite a process to being approved to rent in Pelican Bay). Pelican Bay amenities are top notch as well. We loved our stay and made many friends here - Sanctuary is a very appropriate name for this community.. Highest marks for our experience overall. We will be back.

Gorgeous gardens & view, nicely renovated condo

My husband and I had a great three-month stay at The Sanctuary at Pelican Bay from mid-October to early January. Our days began with a lovely 2+ mi. walk to the beach and back, along an asphalt berm and through the estuary via a boardwalk. Every day brought a little different experience, with lots of wildlife to observe. We bicycled, kayaked, and enjoyed the entertainment at Artis Naples just 1/4 mi. away. The gardens, grounds, and our view were spectacular! The nicely renovated, upscale condo had about everything we needed to be very comfortable, and we enjoyed getting to know the neighbors. The Slyes couldn't have been more accommodating, responsive, and friendly landlords. I think the only relatively minor complaint we'd have is that the fitness center hours weren't as long as we would have liked, and sometimes we couldn't get on the machines because they were being used by others.

What a Beautiful Sanctuary!

We sold our Pelican Bay home quickly and needed a place to live during construction of our new Pelican Bay house. The Sanctuary was just what we needed--lush grounds, a beautiful fully updated condo with a lake and fountain view, and easy access to the private sugar sand beach. The owners anticipated every need--we enjoyed cooking in the dream kitchen and dining on the screened lanai. The bathrooms are lovely, and the main living area feels so spacious with sweeping windows and an open design. Truly a sanctuary in paradise!

A Piece of Paradise

My family and I have been staying in Pelican Bay for the past 15 years, this year we decided to rent and stay for a month. The Sanctuary was just that, a spot to relax and take in the beauty of Florida. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Both bedrooms were large and well appointed, the great room was perfect to gather in after a day out, and finally the lanai was our spot for early morning breakfasts and evening chats. The condo was just perfect, all the amenities one could ask for. A fully updated kitchen to match a cook's dream, and if you are not a cook, Naples has many fabulous restaurants only a short distance away. Even though we stayed during the month of July we were able to enjoy a wide array of outdoor activities; the beautiful private beach, kayaking, tennis, biking and early morning runs. The gym was a great perk too. The owners were a pleasure to work with as well. We can not wait to go back again!

Until then, we are offering to share it with others who can enjoy it more now. We believe everything we offer should be in great condition, and we want our guests to enjoy their time in our home.

Why they chose this property

Sanctuary has spacious grounds with great amenities and views, a great location towards the southern end of PB, near the Waterford shops and the Philharmonic. Short walk east brings you to the South Berm and trams for Pelican Bay's gorgeous beach and amenities, sailing, kayaking, or just relaxing (or enjoying the restaurants!).

Swimming pool with hot tub; barbeque grills and outdoor dining facility; all the benefits of Pelican Bay Foundation: beach trams, restaurants, beach and sailing activities, kayaking in the mangroves, tennis, recreation and fitness center; community center with internet, art courses, other programs.
