The construction notice was added to our website in September 2024 to provide transparency to our guests when booking and it was updated to reflect the pool/hot tub closure in March 2025. While construction is managed by the on-site HOA and is outside of our control; we understand how this may have affected your overall experience. Regarding space, the unit’s maximum occupancy is based on the number of sleeping accommodations provided in the unit. Our 24/7 Guest Services Team is always here to assist with booking your stay to better meet your needs and match the amenities you are looking for. The rating is not based on my staying in this rental. The rental looked good, however the management co, Southern Rentals, had incorrect information on the listing, learned after I paid. The web pages listed check out as 11:00 which is standard in this area for these rentals (I've rented before in this area, several times). After I paid, I received direct info from Southern stating check out is 9:00. I screenshot and sent it -- they agreed their error, however they refused to honor my reservation as I read it. They offered I could pay an additional sixty in fees for extended time. I found this unacceptable. They did refund my reservation in full, however I had to make three calls and follow ups for several hours to accomplish this plus find new lodging. Worked out for me in the end -- found great on-the-beach hotel experience with noon checkout, much more relaxing for a vacation and staff that treated me as a valued guest using better business practices (Springhill Inn & Suites,Pensacola Beach).
