We enjoyed our visit at the Black Palace. The downtown location was very nice. We were able to walk around the neighborhood.. saw many people walking the streets.. enjoying the artwork and sculpture at many locations.Had a very good dinner at Nonna’s and made a regular stop every morning at the coffee shop across the street. We’ll definitely stay again when we’re in town.

Great Downtown location

Close to everything! Great modern furnishings and relaxing atmosphere. Excellent host! Little bit of noise late at night from bars downstairs. Great place!

Perfect!

I had an amazing stay in Springfield. Much of this was due to this amazing loft in the heart of the city. As described it is an easy walk to many shops and restaurants. The comfort and decor was to notch, I haven't had a much better stay many places.

Great spot

Loft was amazing, clean nice spot in the heart of downtown. You have everything with a walking distance, if you there for the weekend you have restaurants and bars right next door. 5 for the host for making this loft unique with the decor

Loft was exactly as described. We really enjoyed our stay. Not sure if I was aware of the disco ball but it was a real treat, for some goofy reason we really enjoyed that. I usually don’t sleep well when traveling but I slept very well here. We really enjoyed the balcony as well. Location was fantastic. Would definetly stay here again.

Nice Place

Our stay was very nice. The apartment is very nice and clean. Check in and out were quick and easy. We only had one question during our stay but it was answered very quickly so great response from owner. Only caution is it in downtown so you do get some street noise and there is a karaoke bar that you can hear. the owners do provide ear plugs if you are sensative to the noise. I would recommend staying

Very cool place

We came to Springfield for a wedding and decided to try something different than the standard hotel. This loft was beatiful. It is all brand new and extremely clean. It's a very cool place that was extremely comfortable. Even the bed was new and comfortable. The music from the bar below wasn't too loud and never really bothered us at all. The host was very helpful and usually responded back within minutes. The loft is located within walking distance of several restaurants. If you're looking for something unique and different, this is the place.
