George the host was very welcoming and accommodating. Apartment was very clean and cozy. Only little setback is the hot water doesn’t stay hot very long , only enough for one shower. But overall place is very nice. Will definitely book again!

Property has good potential, but our stay was just ok. Space is nice - very large bedrooms and comfortable beds. We were missing a few amenities on check in, but the owner was able to drop them off the next day. Unfortunately, the couch in the living room was completely broken and not able to be sat on comfortably, so that space was almost useless to us. Our daytime plans were cancelled due to weather and we ended up spending more time in the apt than we planned, so the lack of a usable living room was a bummer.

As I explained the previous guest somehow broke the sofa and we didn’t find out until the cleaner was done, It has since been replaced. As requested I did drop of extra toiletries and wash clothes early next morning.

What a lovely little VRBO! It was spacious enough for two adults, and our dogs to be very comfortable. The neighborhood while busy, was quiet and safe. The beds were so comfortable! And the place was very, very clean. The host, George, was very easy to get a hold of and responded to any and all questions I had quickly.

Booked unit for 5 nights. Arrived to uncleaned unit. Bathroom was filthy. Took more than an hour for owner to respond so I contacted Vrbo. I had plans for the evening but left unit so it could be cleaned and found another place to get ready. Was told I would recieve first night refund by owner after Vrbo contacted him. Found underwear and a sock left on floor after cleaning. One roll of toilet paper was left for 5 night stay. One teabag in tea carousel shown in pics, no tissues. On second day, owner requested realtor show unit. When I asked it not be shown during my stay, owner argued. No apologies were ever given. Left my stay 2 days early. Location on main road, so road noise was loud late into the night and early in the morning. Step up into kitchen from dining area. Taller step up into laundry and bathroom from dining area. Not a restful stay.

You didn’t need to reach out to VRBO, once i saw your message i responded ASAP! Yes my cleaner had the turnover date wrong and was there right away after we spoke, you stated that you checked out 2 days early? If you decided to check out 2 days early then why didn’t you tell me? I never argued with you? That’s ridiculous! Yes I asked if my realtor could show the property, you said you didn’t feel like removing all your stuff from the unit, I said you don’t need to remove anything and can stay in the unit for the 5-10 mins they would need to walk through the unit. You said no and that was it. No argument at all. I also gave you a night free and wavied the cleaning fee total refund of 213.00 for my cleaner having the next day as the turnover
