The cleaning crew starts promptly at 11 AM, unless the host has approved your late check-out.
For shipping leftover items, notify hosts within 24 hrs. with your completed shipping instructions & payment of a $100 service fee.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Quiet hours: 10 PM to 6 AM, every day. All sounds shall be limited to a level which will not be heard outside of the apartment at all times.
Kindly take your shoes off and wear the slippers inside. If not, keep your shoes on, as walking around barefoot is not advisable.

Great place

The apartment was perfect for our stay, very well organized with everything we needed. We weren’t quite sure about some of the check out routines, e.g., where to put used towels, recycling, etc., but all in all it was great and we would stay there again without hesitation.

Week long stay for grad school residency

I stayed here for about a week during my residency at Lesley University. The unit had everything I needed, from kitchen wares to the standing adjustable desk in the bigger front bedroom. I appreciated all of the supplies, labels, and organization. We had some communication discrepancies with the hosts, including not being able to park in the driveway despite this being stated upon booking.
