The room was nice but needed a couple of updates ( master mattress, the kitchen ceiling was chipping off, coffee table was very wobbly). The ladder in the pool was broken and had caution tape wrapped around it for the week but the steps still accessible. The outlets were not working in several places.

Why they chose this property

You can't get better than ground level. It is so convenient to get back and forth from the beach. You can also easily watch or conversate with anyone at the pool from the patio since it is literally less then 10 feet away. And, no need to wait on the elevator or wander down endless corridors because you are already there. Loading and unloading are also a piece of cake as the unit entrance is right by the parking garage.

What makes this property unique

Complimentary beach service is provided each day of your stay from March through October. This includes two beach chairs and an umbrella. Simply notify the beach attendant of your unit number and go pick out a spot. There is also a pontoon boat at Ft. Walton Beach Yacht Basin that is reserved and rented to guest of Island Princess only. This is, of course, based on availability and must be booked 24 hours in advance. This is an absolute must if you are planning to visit Crab Island.
