Thank you for your kind review! We’re glad the home had everything you needed and that you enjoyed the location and cleanliness. We’d love to host you again for another stay!
The apartment was completely worth the value. The only reason I could see someone having an issue was the sound from the highway. Besides that I would 100 recommend this apartment to a group staying in Nashville, especially if they were there to party or work.

Thank you for your kind review! We’re so glad you found the apartment a great value and enjoyed your stay in Nashville, and we appreciate your feedback regarding the highway noise. We’d love to host you again!
The condo was exactly as advertised. It was a little ways from Broadway, walkable but Uber was easier and not that expensive. The property was comfortable but stuffy, we couldn’t get the temperature to change. and the bunk beds are a little wobbly. There were 8 of us for a girls trip and it worked out well.We discovered the Green Light bar and food truck on our last night and it was fun and very close-right around the corner and we rode the bull, sang Karaoke, and drank green beer for St Patrick’s Day. They also offer luggage storage if your flight leaves later and you have to check out early. The Gulch was walkable from the Condo and there are lots of bars and restaurants there
My family and I rented this Chic Condo for the weekend and loved the location and cleanliness! Check in and parking was a little confusing at first but checkout was a piece of cake. I recommend this spot for anyone looking for a central spot to explore Nashville!

Location was great! Walking distance to downtown (15-20 minutes) and to The Gulch (10-15 minutes). Spacious property and most of the necessities you would need for a week long vacation. However, the 2nd room has (2) bunkbeds instead of a queen size bed. We were not expecting that and nor do we recall it was in the property listing when we chose this property. The property must have been recently painted as there was quite a bit of paint splatter in and round the property. Most of these things were minor in comparison to the main bathroom door issue. There are (2) doors to the main bathroom, (1) from the bunkbed room and (1) from the kitchen/dinning area. Unfortunately, we could not count on the door "staying" latched. We had to barricade the door from the kitchen/dinning area with the garbage can and use only the bunk bedroom access door. Positive though, great communication with the property management company throughout our stay. Great Customer Service!!!
This condo was a great location to be just enough off broadway. Although we could've walked, we ubered just because it was more comfortable in our non-walking cute boots. We walked to the coffee shop every morning Land Of A Thousand Hills which was amazing. We scootered to calle taco for some delicious tex mex. We were here during CMA fest, so the cost of ubers was a little inflated, but still an easy access place. The communication with the host was super easy and helpful.
If this booking was any indication, VRBO's entire platform is fully deprecated. I hadn't previously been aware, but apparently the whole platform is owned and/or operated by Expedia now(of course, that's neither here nor there, technically, but in my experience, the largest corporations have consistently deprecated their own services in pursuit of maximum profit).Upon our arrival to Nashville, the host was unable to communicate with me via the VRBO platform, VRBO customer service has blamed the host, and no one seems to be able to explain how or why it happened, even now, a week later, I've not heard anything back on what went wrong, or what anyone plans to do about it.Ultimately, this resulted in an hours long delay to our check-in, most of which was spent with me trying to get someone to address the problem, further delaying other activities we had planned that evening.Further, this review interface appears to provide no explanation for what the star ratings I'm being expected to give are associated with, it's just a list of star ratings with no words. The unit itself was livable, but came with several pre-broken items, including door knobs(one of which I fixed), broken patio furniture, a broken closet door, and there was a complete lack of any shelving in the master bathroom's shower, meaning all shower toiletries were only able to be placed on the shower floor. Suffice to say, if I was the owner of this unit, I'd be looking for a new property manager right now.
The place itself was fine, the only problem was we were not given all the required information to get in before we were to check in. The arrival instructions said that the parking spot numbers would be given in the arrival instructions, there was no mention of an elevator code. There was a phone number and they were somewhat helpful on the information we weren't given but both the parking spots we were told to park in already had someone in them. I would recommend this place, but make sure you get all the information before you are in the parking garage.
We enjoyed our stay overall — the space was cute and conveniently located close to everything we wanted to do in Nashville. Access to the pool was great, and check-in/check-out was super easy. Communication with the host was quick and responsive, which we really appreciated. That said, some of the amenities could use attention. The frying pan had a loose handle, the microwave didn’t heat food properly, and the bunk beds felt unstable. There was also a broken chair on the balcony, and the pillows were very thin. We also noticed a good amount of dust — especially on the bathroom ceiling vent and under furniture like the trundle beds, living room couch, and in the kitchen. Additionally, the fridge indicated the water filter needed replacing, which made us unsure about the water quality. With a few updates and a more thorough cleaning, this place could be a much better experience, especially given its great location and charm.

We enjoyed ,our stay in nashville at this property..Future guess should be aware that when you book with this company, it's not v.R b o.It's a third party company of booking , but somehow reroute you. My stay was paid for with my credit card.1 day prior to arrival, I got an email that I must verify who I am and send my photo.I d with a selfie and my credit card to some third party online. I was not ready to do this , and I did want to do this because a security reasons and fraud.I had no idea who was asking for this identification , and where information was going.I asked for a refund , and they said no.I said many times that this was a breach of privacy and I should not have to do this since my stay was already paid with my credit card.V r b o was no help at all.I ended up having to put my personal identification , my license , my credit card and a cell photo of me out on the web to these third party bookers. This is an invasion of privacy and security.Vacationers , beware , this company will make you do this. This should be transparent and stated in their listing and in the reservation before you book that you will be forced to do this or lose your money.Beware.
So I will say it is a nice unit that could sleep 8 no problem. The balcony was nice to have. The unit was clean and the building was quiet. It could use more pans for cooking as we did breakfast for 4 every morning and I had to use a sauce pot for bacon and sausage as the only sizable frying pan was needed for eggs. The only issues we had with the unit was the bunk room bathroom drains backed up and were slow to drain but we just dealt with it as they drained but very slowly and also the hot water runs out pretty quickly so 4 of us showering in the morning was a pain. The master bedroom is noisy from the highway traffic and lights up very bright in the Am, the bunk room didnt have these problems as there is a wall blocking it from such. It was very close to everything we were there for(Vandy, Broadway and Dining). It was a short uber ride to everything although we did have a vehicle uber was the easier option most of our days. Entering the garage you must park in front of the gate and get out of the vehicle to punch the code into the key pad every time before entering wasnt ideal but we had no trouble finding parking inside. One elevator was broken the 3 days we were there and the only other one was also broken one other day but maybe just a coincidence. All in all it was a nice place to stay for our 3 day trip but I wanted to be transparent about some things to know about this rental. Checking in and out was painless everything was fine through email communication.
