We were visiting for a wedding and found the accommodation beyond suitable and comfortable. In the mornings it is quite foggy and cozy, but as the fog clears you get a lovely view of the lake.

I stayed with my three sisters. The lake view from the patio table is just lovely. During the early evening, we were fortunate to see an eagle circling the lake waters below. The location is perfect—conveniently close to stores and the freeway, yet it offers a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The host was responsive and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely book this place again.

Love the view and pet friendly. However, living room carpet has stains on it, mold in laundry room, shower leaks onto floor. Beds are pretty rough and uncomfortable, lots of spiders, TV set up is not comfortable either

Very convenient location off main highway around the lake. Very clean and comfortable. We can see improvements are being made, bushes trimmed to open up the view. Beds were comfortable. The only thing I can say that might be a problem for some was the internet connection being too slow to stream a movie without issues.

Great place , gracious host , comfortable and beautiful location

Stayed for family wedding - spacious - - split floor plan - very quiet - comfortable setting with nice finishes throughout .lovely views of lake - deer in adjacent lot . Nice sun in morning and mid-day . Easy access to I 90 and eastgate . Perfect Bellevue / Issaquah location if you want both . Wedding was in Issaquah and events in Bellevue . Clean - all you need and look for in VRBO - thank you for making your lovely home available

Overall, we had a good stay at this house, but unfortunately we can't say it was perfect.The biggest issue was that the listing is labeled as an "Entire home" and mentions the first floor, but nowhere in the listing does it clearly state that the rental is actually the basement level of a home with other occupants living upstairs. This normally wouldn't have been a problem, but it would have been nice to know before arriving so we could make an informed decision.We also had a couple of minor issues during our stay. The twin beds would cause the headboards to repeatedly hit the wall with even the slightest movement, creating a constant knocking sound. We ended up placing a towel between the headboard and the wall to help reduce the noise, which worked but wasn't an ideal solution.Lastly, one of the bathroom showers had very low water pressure, making it difficult to use. Because of this, everyone ended up using the other shower instead.Overall, we had a good stay and enjoyed the home, but these are things we think future guests should be aware of and that could improve the experience.

Nice place but it is not a house being rented, it is the bottom floor of a 2 story house, with guests upstairs. Also problematic -the thermostat was upstairs. Arriving after dinner, by the time we got settled, it was pretty cold in the downstairs and we had to contact the manager who couldn't contact the tennants upstairs. The heat didn't turn on until 3am. Other than that it was a nice 2/2 with a nice view of the lake.

Nice property, no privacy

Upon arrival, we didn't have check in details and there were items in the driveway so we couldn't park. After 2 days of driving, we just wanted off the road. The home is nice and is as described, but the owners are definitely on the property and active in your stay. Between the son constant messages and stopping by when only 1 person of our party was at the property it made things VERY uncomfortable. They were a part of our 5 day stay every single day. When booked, the description did not say they are living upstairs, which you are very aware of throughout the day. The construction during the day in the garage right next to the unit was also disruptive. When it was our last day the mother asked me when we were leaving because the cleaner was not able to come and they had a check in that same day. She asked when we would be leaving so they can get in. I told them I would let them know, but it would be before the 11 am check out time. The son also came downstairs to talk to the ONE person at the property and relayed the same message, she told him the same thing. I woke up to another message asking when we would be out and if we could leave early. I do not like having to write this because the mother was so sweet and accommodating with a beautiful home in a great neighborhood.
