About this property

New modern beach home, walk to the beach!

This property is located just over the Delaware line in a quiet and peaceful pocket of North Ocean City. The house was built in 2018, everything is brand new. Located just a couple blocks from the beach the property has a modern, state of the art design with hardwood floors throughout, consisting of 3 bedrooms on the first floor and a large loft on the second floor. The house sleeps approximately 10-12 perfect for family/friend gatherings. Enjoy the park with a playground, Pickleball and Tennis courts right on your street! No senior week, no parties. Linens and towels are not provided but can be for additional cost.

We were a multi generational family. Everyone had a good time. So much to do in OCMD!The property was clean and ready for our use. We had to contact the host, he got back to us immediately with a solution to our dilemma. He was easy to work with, friendly and very involved with the property. Easily walkable to just about anything you would need. Playground at end of street.Kitchen had needed supplies and best of all, gas range!! Plenty of plates, glasses and dinnerware.Enclosed porch was a great area. All in all, glad we stayed there.
