My wife Annette and I are from Illinois. I'm a contractor and my wife runs a Carpet Weavers flooring store. We love home improvement projects and, as you'll see, we've made a lot of improvements on our two condos. We like sharing our beautiful places with other people that will appreciate all they have to offer and create great, lasting family memories like we have!
Why they chose this property
We love this part of Sarasota, slightly off the beaten path but still minutes away from Siesta Key Beach. The complex has lots of bigger trees to make it feel serene and natural. But what really drew us to this place was the amenities. This place has almost everything you could want. From biking trails and tennis to beaches, shopping and restaurants.
What makes this property unique
This property is my family's vacation home. My wife and I make it available to guests when we're not in Florida. We have put a lot of TLC into this condo and we enjoy spending time here. We enjoy sharing it with responsible guests who can appreciate something a little nicer and homier than the average "rental unit."
