Villa With A View is a 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom townhouse with breathtaking views of the lake and nearby ski slopes, this home offers an unforgettable retreat for families and friends.
The open-concept living area features a cozy gas fireplace and large windows that flood the space with natural light while showcasing the picturesque surroundings. The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need for meal preparation, or you can step out onto the deck to grill and dine al fresco while enjoying the views.

This home offers comfortable sleeping arrangements for up to 10 guests and 2 dogs. The main-level bedroom is furnished with a queen-sized bed, while the upper-level primary suite boasts a luxurious king-sized bed. On the lower level, you'll find two additional bedrooms, each with a queen-sized bed. For extra accommodations, the loft area includes a queen sleeper sofa.

Boat trailer parking is not permitted. This home has a strict 2 dog limit and Max.2 parking spaces.

IMPORTANT TO KNOW: Minimum Age to Rent is 25 years old. Check-In is between 4 pm – 9 pm. Check-Out is by 10 am. Smoking/Vaping, Parties, Exceeding Max Occupancy or Pet Limit are not allowed.

WHAT TO BRING: Please plan to bring your own supplies. One bath towel and one washcloth per person will be provided. Homes are equipped with cookware, dishes, drinkware, utensils, and bed linens for the max occupancy of the home. Propane will be provided for all propane grills; any refill requests can be made during normal business hours. Some items NOT provided include: paper products, food/spices, coffee filters, trash bags, detergents, soaps, toiletries, beach towels, firewood and makeup remover wipes (recommended to avoid fees for towel damage).

WINTER RESERVATIONS: A 4WD vehicle is required to access rentals between November through April. Private driveways will not be snow-plowed unless and until there is 5 inches of snow.

RESERVATION PROCESS: (1) At time of booking- Electronically Sign the Rental Agreement to trigger your door codes and Pre-Arrival Information to be automatically sent. Door Codes will NOT be released without an e-signed agreement. (2) One day prior to arrival- You will receive Pre-Arrival Information that contains your door lock code, address and other important info.
