Wonderful place very convenient to OSU Medical Center.Lovely neighborhood! Definitely a place to stay again! Only Issue we had was other tenant was at the fire pit first night we were there and we could hear them until 4 am. No fault of owner, there was a sign stating quite time from 10pm until 7 am and to respect your neighbors. No other issues!

Very clean (split unit) home with renovations that have a special attention to detail particularly in the kitchen and bathroom. Two comfortable bedrooms and 1 bathroom with laundry room in basement that worked perfectly for our stay. There is sauna and gas fire pit in backyard (we did not use either). Garage is extremely small but plenty of parking is available on the street in front of house. We would absolutely stay there again.

my partner and i had a wonderful time in this beautiful home for pride week, and the location of the home is absolutely perfect with it being walking distance to many restaurants and bars. With that being said, I wish the communication from the host was better, i had messaged the host about sending a last minute package to the house many days prior to the trip and hadn’t received a response until the check in day which was frustrating. Also, the lights in the backyard were not working, making it difficult to see and enjoy the amenities and backyard at night. I had texted the host about this on the first night and they responded, however nothing was done about it. Just a little disappointed in the communication and lack of caring about the guests experience, but i would stay again in the future as it is the perfect little home and area.

Cannot beat the centralized location of Grandview. Located just west of downtown Columbus. Enjoy the walkability of this vibrant community with some of the cities best restaurants, coffee shops, and bars. Built in the 1930s and renovated in 2024. Using high end materials with a unique design that embodied the warm feel of old craftsmanship with modern appointments!
