Property was very clean, just as listed. Good communication with host. Easy check in, we arrived early and was able to go ahead and check in. Nice relaxing weekend, only issues were love bugs and ants.

We enjoyed our stay overall. It’s a nice house/property, but it may be helpful to know it’s a bit bare bones if you plan to cook. We had drink ware, plates, utensils, and a few pots and pans. We could not find cutting boards, measuring cups, measuring spoons, or serving pieces. If you like to eat in a few times while on vacation you might find the kitchen a bit frustrating. However, if you are eating take out you should be fine; you’ll have plenty of cups, forks and plates. The location is great with only a short walk to a beautiful beach.

Perfect location in proximity to the beach. Accommodations were comfortable and management’s response time was immediate for any concerns or problems . Highly recommend this property for your vacation plans . We will be back!

Absolute Perfection!

We had the best time during this beach visit. We have been vacationing in Mexico Beach for the last 10 years. We have stayed at multiple places, but this was by far our favorite! The location to the beach is optimal! We will definitely be booking again!

We had an amazing week! The place was beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed. We were walking distance to the beautiful beach. We all had our own big room, and our adult children were so excited to have their own bathrooms. The owner was extremely accommodating, and quick to answer any questions we had. We highly recommend this place!!

Great townhouse. About 100 yards to the beach. Not a lot of kitchen supplies but enough for a quick trip. Good WiFi. Walkable to coffee shop, brewery next street over. Beach next to the canal. The washing machine jumps around and makes all kind of noise but works. Sofa bed not at all comfortable so our son slept on the couch. Two days on the beach they were moving sand from canal to beach dune through a big black tube which was annoying and smelled terrible. Place was nice though on a nice street.

The property was really nice clean overall really enjoyed our stay. The one flaw was on the last day the air conditioner froze up and water started dripping from it. Caused the upstairs to get a little warm. That really had nothing to do with the property itself just a malfunction of an appliance.i would definitely stay there again, beautiful, close to the beach, quiet and clean.

Host was very prompt with responses. The house was very clean and in a great location to the beach. Didn’t have to cross a major road to get to the beach. Quiet town with more of a slow pace. Perfect for our family vacation!
