Great townhouse. About 100 yards to the beach. Not a lot of kitchen supplies but enough for a quick trip. Good WiFi. Walkable to coffee shop, brewery next street over. Beach next to the canal. The washing machine jumps around and makes all kind of noise but works. Sofa bed not at all comfortable so our son slept on the couch. Two days on the beach they were moving sand from canal to beach dune through a big black tube which was annoying and smelled terrible. Place was nice though on a nice street.

Absolute Perfection!

We had the best time during this beach visit. We have been vacationing in Mexico Beach for the last 10 years. We have stayed at multiple places, but this was by far our favorite! The location to the beach is optimal! We will definitely be booking again!

We had an amazing week! The place was beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed. We were walking distance to the beautiful beach. We all had our own big room, and our adult children were so excited to have their own bathrooms. The owner was extremely accommodating, and quick to answer any questions we had. We highly recommend this place!!

The property was really nice clean overall really enjoyed our stay. The one flaw was on the last day the air conditioner froze up and water started dripping from it. Caused the upstairs to get a little warm. That really had nothing to do with the property itself just a malfunction of an appliance.i would definitely stay there again, beautiful, close to the beach, quiet and clean.

Host was very prompt with responses. The house was very clean and in a great location to the beach. Didn’t have to cross a major road to get to the beach. Quiet town with more of a slow pace. Perfect for our family vacation!
