We just spent 3 nights at this location and it was the perfect SD beach getaway for me, wife and daughter and 2 small dogs. We didn't want to stay right on beach and found this location checked all boxes. It's only a short walk (with dogs) to the coastline, and it's on a safe quiet block close to shops, restaurants and more. It provided a safe and secure garage for 1 car although there is off-street parking as well. The condo itself was perfect! It was clean upon arrival, and appeared to be recently updated with newer floors, furniture, appliances, and updated bathroom. It also had a great little private back patio with hot tub. We spent our days sightseeing north to Solana Beach and La Jolla and south to Ocean Beach and Point Loma Sunset Cliffs. It was nice to come back to a quiet, comfortable home base. I highly recommend and will undoubtedly book again. Host, Hillary, was responsive upon arrival and was available all weekend with any questions. Great overall stay...don't waist time searching and searching. This truly is a PB gem! 10/10!
