Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The upstairs bathroom in this cottage needs a serious review. It must have a deep cleaning to remove mold that is:On white tiles in shower.Large area of mold is on both sides of pocket door. It was uninviting and looked disgusting. Looks like the mold has been there for a long time.A possible solution to the whole problem would be to have the exhaust fan turn on automatically every time the light is turned on.Other than the cottage, we enjoyed the rest of the property and its amenities and residents.Please have your staff inspect the area discussed prior to any future rentals.We have rented multiple times here at River Dunes and have never experienced issues before.

Tough to ignore when it rained all weekend. Hope it’s fixed for the next group!

It is peaceful, scenic, and perfect for unwinding. Every detail felt thoughtfully curated, from the warm hospitality of the staff to the incredible food that made each meal feel like a treat. It’s rare to find a place that feels both luxurious and deeply comforting, but River Dunes nailed it. We left feeling grateful, and just a little bit heartbroken to say goodbye.
