Experience a Colorado mountain villa right here in Ohio, while enjoying 100 acres of private serenity, vistas & picturesque landscape. With exceptional amenities such as 2 overlook decks, a 7-person hot tub, outdoor dining with motorized bay screens & fans, a propane fire bowl, along with plenty of indoor living space! This Villa offers 5 free parking spots with extra shared parking if needed!

$150 first pet • $100 each additional pet (non-refundable)
Please disclose pets when booking. Undisclosed pets: $200 non-refundable fee.

-Check-in after 3:00 PM • Check-out before 11:00 AM (unless paid for via guest portal)
-NO SMOKING INSIDE OF UNIT
-Please flush only toilet paper (no wipes, tampons, etc.)
-Do not use the wood counters as cutting boards – clean only with the provided solution
-Always turn off propane when not in use
-Keep the hot-tub cover on when not in use
-Return all furniture to its original place before checkout
-Host reserves the right to remove guests from the property, without refund and at host discretion, for any violation of these rules.
-Guests are fully responsible for any damage or missing items during their stay.
-Host is not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage to guest belongings.

Beautiful House and Beautiful Area

We just stayed at this beautiful house for a quick getaway. We had 4 adults and 3 children and the house was great for us. It was spacious and clean. The sauna, hot tub, and plush robes were highlights for our group since it was still chilly at this time of year. The house is nicely secluded yet within 20 mins of all the popular hiking trails. The host was also very communicative and replied quickly to any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again.
