Beautiful place to relax and unwind. Beautiful view of the pond. Was nice and quiet but we were there off season. Great place to relax and unwind. Plentiful hiking.

We are local Vermonters, who are fortunate to own a piece of paradise, we want to share our beautiful sanctuary, so that others may enjoy the lake and surrounding area's, including all southern VT has to offer.

Why they chose this property

we are located on a small pond attached to the main lake via a channel. it may look like your boat will not, fit but let us assure you we run our bass boat and 23ft pontoon through the channel, motor trimmed up. we chose this site because it does give you privacy while still enabling access to the main lake. There you will find room to do all water sports, ski, board, tube. As well as all species of fish from Bass, Small, Large, Rock, to Pike, Lake Trout, Brown Trout, Rainbow Trout, and Natives or Brookies.

What makes this property unique

Tucked away at the end of a private drive. we have over 650 ft of water frontage, large green space on a double lot. plenty of room for parking cars and boat trailer.
Great spaces inside with a full complementary kitchen. Grill and fire pit outside, with a large deck and seating space
