This beautifully decorated Billington Village condo features a charming nautical theme and high lofted ceilings throughout. The remodeled kitchen includes stainless steel appliances and all the comforts of home. The dining area seats six and opens to a cozy living room with comfortable seating, a large flat-screen TV, and A/C. Sliding glass doors lead to a furnished patio with a grill—perfect for relaxing outdoors.

The first-floor primary bedroom offers a queen bed, flat-screen TV, A/C, and a full bath. A second bedroom features a king bed, flat-screen TV, and A/C, with a full hall bath nearby. The lofted second-level bedroom includes twin bunk beds and a ceiling fan.

Additional amenities include a washer/dryer, WiFi, Apple TV, and premium cable service.

CANCELLATIONS, CHANGES & REFUNDS
In the event of cancellation, a refund minus a service fee of 25% of the total rent rate will be made if and ONLY if rental property is re-rented. The $205 booking & damage protection fee is non-refundable. If rental property is not re-rented, cancellation will result in the forfeiture of the total rental amount paid. All notices of cancellation must be in writing.

Your stay includes up to $597 per week in complimentary activities (subject to season and valid for stays up to 27 nights or less). By booking with us, you'll receive free tickets—every day of your stay—to top activities, including:

Sponsored Guest Pool Passes:

Guests may purchase Sponsored Guest Pool Passes, which include access to Arbor and Fletcher Pools, the Fletcher Cardio Center, and scheduled children's activities throughout the Villages.
Tennis and pickleball courts are also available for use. (additional fee may apply)

Pool passes are NOT included in your stay and must be purchased separately. The Ocean Edge Resort Golf Club manages the distribution, fees, and operations of all amenities, which are subject to change without notice.
