Ocean Keyes 1524 is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo located in the gated community of Ocean Keyes in North Myrtle Beach. This 2nd floor condo sleeps 8 and has an elevator. The master bedroom has a queen bed, TV, and balcony access. The master bath has a tub and shower combination. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, a twin bed, and TV. The 3rd bedroom has a double bed, a twin bed, and TV. There is a shower stall in the second bath. The spacious living area has a TV, sleeper sofa, and opens onto the porch with a pool view. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, dishes, utensils, and all appliances needed to prepare a favorite meal. In the dining area is the table and chair. A washer/dryer and free WiFi help complete this rental. There are ceiling fans in the living area, bedrooms, and balcony. The balcony porch is equipped with patio furniture for your relaxation.

The property amenities at Ocean Keyes include tennis courts, fitness room, six pools, hot tubs, game room with a pool table, and charcoal and gas grilling picnic areas. Smoking is not allowed. Pets and motorcycles are not allowed on the property by guests. This is a family oriented property. No students or student groups please. Must be 25 years of age to rent. This building allows golf cart rentals.
