Why they chose this property
This is the perfect neighborhood if you like to be walking distance from local shops, restaurants & public transportation. Located 20 min from MSP airport and a short 18 min from the Mall of America.
What makes this property unique
Besides being in the heart of Rosemount, our apartments offer spacious living areas, neutral palette furnishings, new appliances and a clean environment to ensure our guests thoroughly enjoy their stay. Guests and residents also have access to our community room located in our main office building which offers a comfortable living area, ping pong table, snack machine options and a half basketball/pickleball court.
