This is a gorgeous home and property. As lovely as the pictures are, they don't do justice to the actual home, it simply beautiful and has been meticulously planned. Mike was GREAT!

Our family had a wonderful vacation at Lake James staying at The Holmestead. The house was extraordinary! We had plenty of space for activities and enough bedrooms to accommodate each couple. We were just in awe of the beauty of the house. It was magnificent! Having a dock to jump off of and a small beach area to launch the kayaks and SUPs and for the littles to play where they could touch made the lake accessible for everyone in our family. We played around on the putting green, had a bonfire, played tons of games in all the living rooms and had whole family dinners every night. We rented a boat 3 of the days of our trip, and the dock made it easy to switch out riders. I can't recommend this house enough!!!
