The swimming pool and hot tub area was very nice. Loved the view of the ocean from the top deck. Plenty of room for a family get together. The gameroom was fun. Close to our Barefoot Landing. We appreciate the communication with the host when we had questions.

David was incredibly attentive and thoughtful. Very prompt in reply and quick to fix any issues. Overall we loved the location and all the house had to offer. Definitely a place worth staying in. Parking was especially nice as well as the amount of room in the house . Hot tub and pool were very nice.

Property is an awesome location with plenty of beds and restrooms for large groups. Having access to the beach with plenty of chairs and shades available on site was a game changer. The property management was quick to respond to all of our questions as well and provided clear instructions to help ensure we left the house in good shape after our stay. I would recommend this place to anyone planning a trip to the Myrtle Beach region.

This home was beautiful! The location was amazing, with a short path to the ocean! The ocean view from the second floor deck was stunning! The house itself was clean and very spacious. Our multi-generational family of 20 absolutely the loved the huge pool and hot tub. We would definately want to re-book this property. Our host David was very responsive to any questions we had.

Great view of the beach, and easy access with the private path. The pool was and hot tub were fantastic. It was really worth paying to have it heated! Every room is well appointed and simple. Over all We felt the house was better than the online pictures. Can't wait to book again. There also was plenty of parking.

What a perfect beach house for a perfect vacation! Our host went above and beyond to ensure everything was smooth sailing before arriving and during our stay. The home is in a perfect location right on the beach. The ample common areas were great for hanging out watching games and the pool/hot tub were awesome. This house is perfect for large groups—multiple bedrooms and bathrooms, spacious kitchen and dining area, and plenty of parking space for about eight vehicles. We hope to return for our annual trip next year.

The house was filthy with sand everywhere, the pillows should be trashed as there were so many stains I had to go buy new ones. All the couches were stained so bad my kids didn’t want to sleep on them so I had to go buy sheets. The air hockey game was broke, the bathroom had floor trim pulling up causing a trip hazard. The pool was not maintained as I was told. The fans they supplied in each room had more dust and grime on them that I wouldn’t use them. For the amount of money spent on the house I was expecting much nicer. The house is definitely a run down house.

We are deeply sorry about the issues you experienced as this is not the guest experience we strive for. We have staff readily available to purchase items and assist guests with anything they may need but we weren't made aware of these issues until later. We did reimburse you for your expenses and have since resolved all the issues you've mentioned. The root cause is that we had an abnormally long stay (nearly 3 weeks) that checked out on the day of your arrival and that guest left the place a disaster. We typically inspect and clean the property at least weekly and typically have more cleanly and considerate guests so the property never gets as bad as what you encountered. We terminated our pool guy and transitioned to a new pool guy this summer and there were some large storms before and during your stay that impacted the pool outside of our control. We appreciate your list of where to improve and take these issues you experienced very seriously to ensure future guests will not experience the same issues. We did have cleaners and maintenance staff ready to handle all of these items within a few hours of your check-in day had you reached out to us right away.

We stayed as a big family in this spacious property. Loved how there’s a bathroom to each bedroom. That makes showering so much faster when going out. The amenities are great, such as chairs for the beach, the hot tub is so nice and love the automatic shut off, and double appliances were a great hit for us. The place is clean and our host replied in a timely manner. Would stay here again if going in a big group again. Thank you !

Family vac vacation

anyone needing a big comfortable home for 16 people you found it here. Has everything you need. Big kitchen for cooking and able to sit everyone around the kitchen together. Plenty of beds and baths. Pool is awesome, big enough to enjoy with others and pool deck has 18 chairs/ lounge chairs. Even blue tooth speaker that will crank your favorite tunes. 3 fridges to store you beverages of choice. 2 Electric griddles on deck to cook out with, east walk to beach, probably about 30 yards. Close to lots of fun things for kids and adults. David the host Is incredible to work with. Any text or message was answered in a very short time, and he will accommodate any request. I highly recommend you give this home a serious consideration for your vacation

This house is well loved. Great location and plenty of room for large groups or families. House was well stocked! Host was amazing to work with and took care of a couple of issues right away! Keurig stopped working and had a new one at my door in no time. Very responsive. The pool is perfect! Tanning ledge was so enjoyable and lots of pool accessories available! Beach access is easy. Located in an area that close to everything we wanted to do!
