Located in Gulf Shores, you'll be steps away from The Hangout, festivals, shopping, and dining. Conveniently across the street are a grocery store, ice cream parlor, fish market, and restaurant.

Enjoy the heated pool, hot tub, and grilling area with picnic tables. We provide beach gear, along with STARTER toiletries, dish pods, trash bags, paper goods, and coffee for a hassle-free stay. This family-friendly, low-density complex is just a short walk or drive to Little Lagoon Bay and all that Gulf Shores has to offer. Parking passes are $52 and you will receive an email from VRP Access with a link to your parking pass.

All booking fees are included in the quoted price. Sun n Sand requires a separate point of contact form to be filled out, and a separate security deposit of $300 is required 2 days before check-in. This deposit will come across as a hold on your credit card and will be released after you check out, unless there is damage done to the property.

Make sure everything works

Be sure you go through the entire place to flip every switch, test out everything, even if you don’t plan on using it, to see what works/doesn’t work. If something is not working, let them know immediately or you will be responsible, whether you used it or not!! Aside from that good location and beach access. Parking is a little tight/difficult if you have a big SUV

Candice, you left the garbage disposal running and when housekeeping got there it was running and full of food. We did not charge the full amount of the repair as we should have. We just kept your security deposit and you reversed the charge. I apologize for keeping your deposit it you didn’t leave us any other choice.
