Amelia South Visit

Condo unit was nicely furnished, clean, and quiet. Enjoyed the location - beautiful ocean view. Very comfortable bed and linens. Would suggest providing at least one box of facial tissues/kleenex and also an extra trash bag - only one was provided in the kitchen. Thank you for an enjoyable stay. Would definitely recommend.

The condo is decorated very nicely. The balcony is lovely with gorgeous views of the ocean. We had to call maintenance three times for issues and each time they didn’t answer the phone, the mailbox was full to leave a message and no one was in the office.

The place was as wonderful as the service. We were communicating with the agency, and they were able to assist us every single time. It was just incredible, the view, the rooms, they have everything and more and we look forward to going back when the time lets us. Looks just like the pictures, but…

The property was beautiful and looked just like the pictures. However, it just needed a good ole cleaning. There was hair in the shower upon check-in, the patio doors looking out to the beach were dirty and there was an obscene amount of dust everywhere. I know the owner can't check behind the cleaning crew every time, but they are being ripped off! I would definitely stay there again because it was in a great location, and it did feel cozy.

April Bliss

Everyone that helped me with this reservation and our check in were so nice and helpful. There were only 2 things I might mention to you. The coffee maker was on a shelf behind the garbage can and it had coffee grounds in the top that had not been dumped out. Also the drawer with a hairdryer in the 2nd bathroom was so full of hair I chose not to use it. We thought the condo fit our needs perfectly and loved the proximity to the beach. Again Pam and Stacy were exceptional!! Peggy

Amelia South

Unit was very nice. Some things would make it better - bathroom is very small in master so it would be helpful to Have a mirror in the bedroom on the patio door wall so 2 people could get ready simultaneously. A full length mirror behind the closet door or somewhere in the master suite would be nice. There is no hair dryer in the master suite just the guest area. More bath towels would be nice. Plantation shutters need dusting. Turning on the ice maker before guests arrive would be appreciated as it takes about 24 hours for any significant ice production. 2 more chairs on the balcony would be nice - 2 bedroom unit will probably always have 4 people but there are only 2 chairs on the balcony. It's a beautiful area and lots to do in close proximity to the property. Beach is nice, relatively quiet and clean.
